RSRV is a ‘click and mortar’ retail business that offers a unique and convenient shopping experience for working women who value quality clothing and time efficiency. Customers can go to rsrv.com and search for fashion/apparel items they like. Rather than ‘buying’ the clothes right away, they ‘reserve’ the items online and select a time to come into the RSRV store to try them on in luxury fitting rooms.
The problem that RSRV faced was to have a brand identity that would match their physical store’s design aesthetic and values, so that it would appeal to its niche market of working women who want to shop for quality clothing without wasting time or compromising on their style.The brand needed to look very posh, upscale, and convenient at the same time. The branding needed to match the store design, as well as provide a comfortable and personalized shopping experience for the customers that goes beyond the store.

I began by creating mood boards to capture the feeling, aesthetic, and vibe of the brand and the physical shop. The mood board reflected the interior design, the clothing selection, and the customer profiles of RSRV.
For the typography, very modern and elegant fonts were picked to help the brand convey a sense of sophistication and elegance.
The upscale aesthetic of RSRV’s brand identity embraces the very essence of refined sophistication, captivating discerning women in their quest for sartorial excellence.
